We will be meeting weekly, or more frequently if we decide that would be helpful. Consistency in sessions allows for progress and provides time to develop a solid foundation under you, creating a sense of safety in doing the hard work of therapy.

Each session is 45 or 55 minutes long depending on your insurance. Additional time may be added to your session with notice at a different rate.

Healing is defined by the uniqueness of one’s struggle, not by our own ideas about timeline. Therapy does take time, but does not take forever, so we will keep an eye on your goals, assess how close to them you are to reaching them, and then celebrate when they have been met. You are welcome to change your goals as needed.

Sessions are billed through your insurance or add an out-of-pocket rate of $175

I am contracted with Aetna, Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, WellSpring, VA Community Care Network, Maryland Medicaid, and United Healthcare. You are responsible for contacting your insurance to explore your plan benefits.
